when you exercise a lot, your body burns a lot of calories and automatically "asks" for a lot of calories to come in again through the food you eat, simply to make sure that there is enough energy for your daily activities. that's why you crave junk food that has a lot of calories.
but you NEED veggies as well, which contain vitamins and minerals, because besides the energy, your body also needs these little "helpers" to function properly and not get damaged.
when you say you can't feel your muscles anymore, it is high time for you to eat tons of fruits and veggies instead of half a pound of burger to satisfy your hunger. your body needs the vitamins an minerals to regenerate and stay fit and ready for your next workout.

It's not healthy to eat alot of junk food at all, but that doesn't mean your stuck with just salads and veggies. Give yourself a break from exercising. See a doctor if your not better in a few days.
