Try dark gray and deep hunter green or navy blue. Go gray on the walls and use the colour on the seating, carpet, etc. He also might do a stripe with all three and then use alternating navy and hunter in drapes if there are any windows in the room.

i do no longer think of the advice you have gotten is merely too a methods off the mark. in case you employ the burgandy partitions, you ought to place up a chair rail or use a border paper at chair rail top interior the burgandy and brown colour family. you ought to even look at carpet showrooms for an area rug patterned in those hues like interior the previous action picture homes. a pal of mine even took rope lighting fixtures and ran around the backside of the sofas and chairs to offer much greater environment to the room. i think of it may look super, maybe the fairly some paintings deco sconce style lighting fixtures. With some hands right here and there, you looks such as you have the makings of an exceedingly stylish theatre room. solid success with it!!

You can do a very deep rust microsuede seating with chocolate piping and have the walls a burnished bronze color with very very deep red accents. Try to stay away from so much black, as it shows every piece of lint and food particles and dirt from shoes alone. I would install a very deep slate grey carpet with bronze flecks in it.

Good Luck

If he doesn't want black,he can always go for charcoal gray with midnight blue. That way he won't have the black but something equally as dark.

Well I want to be orginal so I would go with Black. If you go all black you would have a real neat affect to the whole thing straying away from classical black and red.
