A Patient prays to God for a speedy recovery, the same day the Doctor prays for a good income and wealth.
A Security gaurd prays for a good wealth protection and the theif prays for a good theft,
Traveller prays for a safe journey, an ambulance owner prays for a profitable day,
a buyer prays for a good product and the seller prays for the same product to be sold with a better profit,
a lion prays for a prey and a deer prays for a safe living....
Does god ( if he is the cause for all happening in the world ) maintain equlibirim and does he do just to all creatures ( so called created by him ) ?

judging by the examples that you pose i would suggest looking into dualistic expressions of a creator (if you havent done so already). Personally i wonder if each of us does not judge your second option in each question negatively.....who am i to say it is wrong for a doctor or ambulance owner or deer to be fufilled in the same way as their counterpart. Or who am i to say that i know the will of the God who could have potentially created such paradoxes. It would seem that laws of nature will always allow one to flourish at the expense of another. Where you find that God lies in this constant state of change is up to you to decide.
Edit: I personally do not believe that a creator God who would potentially allow humans to live their lives (the free will effect) must therefore be a sadist with the goal of seeing one dominate another. Coming from a more Western religious tradition i would typically take my God as a fairly benevloent creator and the humans and the other finite creatures as often being imperfect. Whether one blames God or not for human imperfection is up to them, but i would think a fairly benevloent God could allow a system that was created to run its course and to try and work for the greater benefit of all, perhaps on a level which finite beings cannot understand.

Your question seems based in human beings free will. God's justice does has something to do with these things though. Providence is acting throughout the world. On an individual basis you must look into the life of that single human being to see what justice is being worked.
A man kills another man because he is jealous of the man's attraction to his wife. The wife dies from a disease. The man remarries, and the couple has a child. The child grows up under the guidance of his parents. Throughout the growing of this child there is difficulty between the Father and son, but the father loves his son unconditionally and spends his life raising his son to be a good person. Unknown to either of them, the son is the reincarnation of the man the father killed earlier in life, and now receives the man's love rather than his anger.
The theif may steal, but must repay what has been stolen either in his current incarnation or in another. As well all of us must repay for our wrong-doings. The love, understanding and forgiveness we give to others will show our evolutional level.
I recently read a news story where a family forgave a man for killing their son. The parents of the son killed showed their evolutional level, and will suffer less for not harboring hate towards the murderer. Relentless hate and the inability to understand will led the bearer to illness and indirection in life.
God's Justice is a very complex issue to understand. Once a person understands the plurality of life, situations become clearer. Tragedy is still tragic, but offers hope and understanding to those who know how God's Justice works. Little by little the world is evolving too, being repopulated by more evolved people. WWII caimed more than 13 million people. The recent Sunami claimed more than 250,000 people. Human Beings come and go. They experience suffering and tragedy at this time on this planet. But the planet is evolving and will one day become a planet of rest. This era of evolution for us on this planet is to suffer and find moral fortitude. To learn to use our free will to do the right thing. Obviously many do not, but in God's Justice, everyone has as many chances as it takes to learn, and eternity to learn it.

Desiring wealth at the expense/misfortune of others is sin. And praying for an opportunity to acquire wealth in that way is totally despicable and an abomination. Believers in a good God will never pray that prayer.

There are seven basic proofs God exists. Properly, they belong in a separate book all by themselves, but I will cover them briefly here.
(1) That there is a great CREATION is obvious. The very fact of the existence of THINGS; the universe, the solar system, the earth and all myriad forms of life upon it, demands a CREATOR!
(2) The existence of great, immutable, powerful LAWS (and I speak of the "laws" governing the physical universe; the laws of science and chemistry; laws governing the action of water in its three states; the cleavage and fracturing properties of minerals; gravity, inertia, isostasy, etc., etc.). The existence of these great laws demands a lawgiver!
(3) The intricacy of complex design; whether the feathers on the wing of a bird; the eye of a fly; the breathing apparatus of a dolphin; billions of intricately-designed snowflakes; your own muscular, skeletal, digestive and circulatory systems-etc., etc., requires a great DESIGNER!
(4) LIFE exists. Life in myriad forms. You and I both know that life only comes from preexisting life! This is called the "law of biogenesis." Life demands a great LIFE GIVER!
(5) Life only comes from preexisting life of the same kind! Thus, there is procreation, and the sustaining of life on our planet; the constant recycling of falling trees, rotting vegetation; the bacteria which break it down to become food for the insects which are food for dozens of other creatures, which are in turn food for larger creatures, which are in turn food for man; the cyclical character of our symbiotic environment which, like a gigantic machine was once "wound up," and is gradually running down, requires a sustaining force. Inherent within this proof are the laws governing the "conservation" of energy" and the laws of thermodynamics. It is obvious our universe has a great sustaining force-a GREAT SUSTAINER!
(6) Fulfilled prophecies, of which there are dozens, with dozens more yet to be fulfilled, constitute a great proof of Almighty God. Even simple high school or beginning college-level Bible handbooks such as Halley's, or the Angus Bible Handbook contain fascinating proofs from the spade of archeologists corroborating the prophecies of men who foretold the collapse of great empires and the emergence of others centuries and centuries beyond their own lifetime. Now, we are able to look back at such men as Isaiah, Ezekiel, Daniel and others, and see what they foretold actually HAPPENED exactly as they foretold it!
Many of the biblical prophecies are in process of being fulfilled. The serious student of biblical archeology knows that it is axiomatic that, wherever archeology reveals information about ancient civilizations, it always corroborates the biblical record, never refutes it!
(7) The final proof-one which dyed-in-the-wool disbelievers will doubtlessly scoff at-is answered prayer! Of course. God does not answer the prayers of skeptics and disbelievers. However, those individuals who have experienced the answer to PRAYER; those who have been healed of their sicknesses and diseases, who have actually seen miracles performed, are no longer doubting, but believing. Answered prayer is definitely a proof that there is a God who can hear. and answer!

I'm not convinced that the lion or deer pray to anyone for anything. Religion seems to be an entirely human venture, in my opinion.

if you pray to God he wont always give you what you want, but for a good reason. if you pray for a good theft is to feed your family or buy crack....you see these are the things you really need to look at. if all prayers were answered. we would have chaos. life will equal out. at Gods will.

Prayer for betterment and compassion among humans and other fellow beings is answered and priority of any selfish motive is quite down.
Yes, GOD is very Powerful, omnipresent and omniscient. But everything is working in an order and not out of HIS wishes.
