yes it is most certainly unreasonable. a relationship is built on trust if it is not then it is not the relationship 4 u. if u have done nothing 2 warrant the intolerance, then nip it in the bud. i was married 2 a Man 4 16 yrs, who was very possessive. i could not even wave 2 a male co-worker, much less speak 2 him. he thot every male friend i had, i must have taken 2 bed. i had 2 b 2 different people, one when i was with him & my true happy carefree self at work.. this is not a good relationship. fortunately i finally did what needed 2 b done. now in relationships, if i even c a hint of jealousy, i go the other way. there is nothing wrong with having male friends, as long as it is ok 4 the man 2 have women friends, & know who u r goin g home with each nite. sorry so long

Feeling insecure now, are we? But yes, i would. He's supposed to be my bf, not someone who controls me, and id hate it if he makes the decision of who i should be friends with. Unless there's something going on with the male friend, that is.

To be honest, if I ever had a boyfriend like that - and I doubt I would - I'd drop him instantly. I can't be with someone who can't love me without owning me, can't trust me without supervising me, and can't respect me without restricting me.

I mean, I want a partner...not a psychotic landlord.
