A Patient prays to God for a speedy recovery, the same day the Doctor prays for a good income and wealth.
A Security gaurd prays for a good wealth protection and the theif prays for a good theft,
Traveller prays for a safe journey, an ambulance owner prays for a profitable day,
a buyer prays for a good product and the seller prays for the same product to be sold with a better profit,
a lion prays for a prey and a deer prays for a safe living....
Does god ( if he is the cause for all happening in the world ) maintain equlibirim and does he do just to all creatures ( so called created by him ) ?

God is not the cause of all happening in the world. if you remember waaay back in the garden of eded, we separated ourselves from god and sin entered the world.
it rains on the good and the bad people.
and all creatures are created by God. if you look at a human being, and how complex they are, from their retina in their eyes, to the cells in their bodies that make up their tissues, hearts and livers etc, how can anyone thing that a big "bang" caused it? surely it's the work of God

If God exists, I don't think he or she grants everyone's prayers. In fact, I know that's not the case; my life would certainly be different if that was the case.
However, I'd like to say I like your examples, and I would also say in my belief there's not an active god maintaining equilibrium; though there is yin and yang (balance, and opposites) to be found in the world. :)

If god exists and granted every prayer, no one would exist, all would be killed and destroyed.
The Israelis pray for the death and destruction of all Muslims...
All Muslims pray for the death and destruction of all Jews and Christians.
The Democrats pray for the death and destruction of all Republicans...All Republicans pray for the death and destruction of all Democrats.
White people pray for the death and destruction of all non-white...All non-whites pray for the death and destruction of all whites.

All prayers are not granted, but they are answered in one way or another. One just has to be savvy enough to understand the answer when it is received.

This is really quite easy to explain: there is no god.
Or, maybe God is more concerned with helping people get touch-downs than, say, preventing major catastrophes from killing thousands of innocent people.
