Excel Formula is a mathmatical expression that have some mathmatic operations and/or excel built in function to reach to the final result of, so it is like
X + Log45 - sinC
but it is not only math issues, it can have some other (Excel built in functions) or (User defined function)
This line of functions is called "Formula"

MS Excel Fomula is when we want work with calculation with some codtion that's caaled formula in Ms Excel.

A formula is an expression that defines how one cell relates to other cells. For example, you might define cell C5 (column C, row 5) with the formula

which means to multiply the value in cell A4 by the value in cell D7

like u want to add the content of cell A1 with B1 and put the result in C1, so C1 will contain the formula of add them (=A1 + B1)
