the oxygen we take in daily or regularly each day is free. however if you have to get extra oxygen say from a tank then it would cost but i'm not sure how much. you can check with someplace like lincare, that provide oxygen for patients, how much it would cost.

There is no cost to oxygen, obviously.
What you may be asking is whether the oxygen we breathe and burn is replaced in equal value. So far, it is. I have never read or seen any note of a % decrease in oxygen in the atmosphere. Good question tho.

About $3....oh wait that's the cost of gas....it's um.. about 52 cents per breath, you know oxygen is getting low and they needed to raise prices. it used to be free. LOL
