I know someone who's very messy(nasty really), and has MS.
It's a workplace, and the desk is so disgusting that I don't even like looking at it, and there's just trash all over the place.
I researched, but couldn't really find an answer.
Is being messy a sypmtom of the MS or is it the person's personal habits?

I don't know if you are joking, but no. MS can cause people to be clumsy, due to poor coordination or weakness, but this would manifest as them knocking things over etc more often.

Actually being messy / dirty has nothing to do with actual MS. The only connection I can think of is that patients with MS have a higher rate of clinical depression than the general population (which is unsurprising) and people with clinical depression are more likely to neglect their surroundings (leading to messiness).

Sounds like your coworker is just a dirty person.
