Jesus would win hand down.
Not even Godzilla's radiation breath is a match for the omnipotent creator of the universe.
No, it would not be better because it would be over in the twinkling of an eye. The Godzilla versus Megalon would last longer, so it would be better.

Sorry to be a fun-killer, but though I may not be a religious person of any sort; I consider it to be a sign of disrespect to make such comments about a religious figure: be it Jesus, be it Buddha, be it Guan Yu, be it Moises, be it Vishnu, be it whoever it may be. I mean, who knows which of these personas exists or existed, if they ever did. All I know is, it is best not to joke around about it, cause if they do exist, those making those comments are sure gonna receive a whopping. And I am guessing it is gonna be what would happen to Godzilla, but just to you. Again, I am not a religious person.

Jesus, hands down. Apparently the actors inside the suit would pass out after about four minutes from the heat of the outfit and the lighting. Jesus hung on a cross for hours without passing out. He could just wait a few minutes till they fell down, walk up and start kicking the crap out of him.
