By posting my question "Should I call the police" I was secretly hoping that someone out there would somehow trace this and call for me. No I am not stupid I am so worn down by this guy I was hoping some knight and shining armor would find and rescue me. Be kind on your answers I'm a little sensitive right now. Okay I live in Howell Mi and the guys name is Michael Walters Now who really wants to be responsible for him going to JAIL. I know I don't This is my house, he moved in with me so I am not leaving but I will be having him move out!! So thanks everyone. I just hope he doesn't come back to hurt me. He is really violent and has a record to prove it. Wish me luck! I will finally have a new life where I don't have to walk on egg shells!

Yea! I know him. I was in Howell today. (Michigan Street and Grand river.) He has a problem and should get it taken care of. Call the Police or get in touch with Pam Mass. She's a good prosecutor and will help you out. Good luck to you. (Note:...You have an outstanding Police Force there. Use them.

You have to ask yourself, whats more important, your life or that place your staying in. If your really tired of being this guys outlet for his anger, then call the police, let them get you in touch with a women's centre in your area, and they can help you stay free of him, and the danger he has taught you he can inflict. They can also help you understand why you don't respect yourself as much as you need to, why you have made such a bad choice in a man(not the first time is it?) and why you make excuses for the things your putting up with. He is violent. It's not the victims fault the abuser is violent and chooses to hurt people, but it their fault they stay and take it when there are options.
Take better care of yourself, and get the hell out of there baby. You don't deserve this. This isn't you being punished for some past sin or some other bazaar though. It's a bad situation, and you can get out of it.

You need to take responsibility for your own actions, how are you going to let someone hurt you that way, it's simple, while he is in jail you either file a restraining order against him or you move without leaving a trace for him not to ever bother you again, if you knew how he was (violent behavior, bad background) Why did you let him into your life and why did you allow him to be your roommate, or whatever? We make our own choices daily, we are faced with that, we have to constantly make choices whether we want to or not, now the question is are you going to continue to make bad ones? I'm trying to help you, so you don't fall into this trap again with anybody, you have to take care of yourself in this world, none else is going to take care of you, till you find someone good to share your life with, but even so, you still need to look after yourself, all you got is yourself, (hopefully you are close to God) pray that he brings the right people into your life. You know, if you wanted somebody to call for you, you should have left your address on this public Internet domain. I know that doesn't make much sense, but if you think he is really going to hurt you and you cannot all the police, you really ought to try something. If you think there is a chance that you can call the police, do it and do it now.

There aren't any knights in shining armor, sweetie. You are responsible for your own situation and responsible for getting yourself out of it. If you can't get the cops there today, then get out of the house tomorrow and make a police report.
I know this is a public forum for problem solving, but when you invite the WORLD into your private life - it's like you are dumping your **** in their yard. I'm sympathetic to your situation, but all I am willing to invest is my advice that you GET YOUR **** TOGETHER AND QUIT ALLOWING PEOPLE TO ABUSE YOU AT HOME AND ON THE INTERNET.

You know, I was intrigued after I read your sentencing post and went pack and read your other questions. It sounds like you make a lot of problems for yourself. Nobody is going to scrape you out of your situation but you, it's life. You are the same girl who said in another post that you are in your mid forties, and act like you're in your early twenties. I think you need to grow up and learn that it's time to avoid the nasty elements in life that bring you the problems you have created for yourself. Percoset, Drinking, and teenage boys are just asking for more of that.

without any address or phone number to call the area, there is no way to track you. by just giving a city and state can't help us. i knew you wanted someone to call, but without a area code and number it wouldn't do any good. if your unlisted, the name wouldn't help much. you can still call and file a complaint if he took off for now. they will hunt him down and arrest him. even out of state calls to help you in court he could ask who reported and they by law would have to say it was by computer out of state. just call the police on 911 now and take care of it.

I wouldn't be able to trace you, I wouldn't know how, but I did give you links to try to help. That's really nice, calling people who were trying to help you dumb. Oh yea and here's your guy. This guy was in for assaulting a police officer......If he would hit a cop he would hit anybody.

You watch to much CSI lol. But thats good that you are trying to get rid of him. A lot of women I see who get beat up by their man dont have the backbone to kick them to the curb. If you are worried about him hurting you though, I would just have him put in jail. Why should you care about him, if he hits on you, he doesn't really care about you. You need to look out for #1 (you).

Do you WANT to get beaten... do you WANT to get killed?
Is he really that violent, are you really that afraid?
Call the police.
Get a restraining order...
if the house is really yours, then you can legally kick him out.
If problems arise, get an attorney.
He can't harm you.
Don't you understand what's going on?
So long as you're afraid of him, he controls you.
It's time to take back YOUR life, and kick HIM out of it.
But then again, I've never known a woman who lets herself get beaten to be one to do anything about it..... if she did, she wouldn't get beaten anymore.
