Can every1 tell me if you feel the same...i look at this country now and there is no hope for any1...eventually, there will be no point in immigrants coming to britain because its going to become so run down that this will be the last place on earth that any1 will want move to. there will be no oppertunities left, no benifits, no justice, we might even become lawless in time....infact, i can guarantee it.
I can see it getting alot worse before it will start to improve.
In a way, Britain will have to be cruel to be kind for a while and rethink the human rights system...because alot of immigrants are using that against our government and there is nothing we can do

Dr jimmy...i know i aint psychic man...but think back to the documentry about the metropolitan police and how corrupt its becoming...there is a lot of racism there..cant you see why people are becoming like this...i dont agree with it and i'm not 1 to judge people on their views, but i believe that this is the very beginning of something big. it might happen in 10 years...mayby 50, but sooner or later, if this country continues to fall...we will have a very poor law system...agree ?

Human rights, I suppose has a double edge sword......
Your damned if you do and your damned if you don't....The problem is people abuse the system and abuse freedoms, so where is the balance? Do you allow the system to be abused for the sake of freedoms, etc. or do you crack down on freedom of expression and disallow these people to express their freedoms? Its a complicated issue with a very fine line....I feel for you.....I don't have the answers for you....

i agree-but its not just tony man-this has been happening for a long time-this country has really benefited from having loads of different people from other countries living here, but you are right that its gonna have to stop soon.i think you are maybe over-reacting a little on the lawlessness front-it wont get that bad-and how can you be so sure whats gonna happen in the future?are you psychic?things will have to be tightened up fairly soon but i do truly believe that we would be a much poorer place without the rich mix of different people we have in this country-britain stopped being great a long time ago and tony blair is probably the guy you are blaming right now for a series of failures that were happening when tony was still at school-true he hasnt made things much better, but i dont think hes made them much worse either

I agree with you - this country is lawless and hopeless. Did you read about that poor man who was shot on his own doorstep two days ago because he stood up for his family? He was killed by a gang of children. Those kids will be out of prison in a few years but his son wil never know his father. You can't tell me that's justice. No wonder criminals scoff at the law. "Human Rights" has led to justice for the criminal but not for the victim, and it has meant that immigrants with criminal records have been free to come to Britain to rape and kill, before being sentenced to a few paltry years in one of our open prisons. As far as I can see, everyone who can is leaving. I'm going, and not just because of crime and immigration but also because of taxation, housing, healthcare and the nanny state. Still, sometimes I wonder if it isn't the natural order of a society in decline. It's true that New Labour is making things worse, and that this is getting to be a dark, dismal, dirty, overcrowded little hole of a country and it used to be so beautiful. But look at all of the other countries that used to have tremendous empires - Italy, Greece, Spain, Egypt, Russia and Turkey - they all used to run the world and now they are only just starting to get back on their feet after milleniae of bad government, poverty and in-fighting. Perhaps it is just the natural conclusion to imperialism. There is a lesson in this, America.

You are so, so right! Unfortunately some others cannot see it! This country, thanks to MR Blair and his "cronies" is on a downward slide, and its happening fast, right in front of our very eyes!! The immigration "problem",is already causing unrest, unemployment rising, more unrest, health service crumbling, more unrest, you get the picture? How long before riots start? Its inevitable!! Racism is being created by this Government, simply by stopping British born from continuing their own cultures, because we may offend "others"! Slowly all these things add up and before we know it,we have unrest, which turns to crime, and we KNOW the law in this country favours criminals. Human Rights does not appear to apply to good, hard working people. Criminals and immigrants seem to have MORE rights than anyone!! There is something we can all do,get this Government out!!

I think Britain should have calculated its steps years and years ago, much better, when they concurred many countries then had to take in the natives and consider them their own (as in British)
When I see around me, it really confuses me, the politics is not in order nor is the laws or anything else for that matter.
Britain seems to be in a very confused and ignorant state.
As though nothing could be done. Its loosing its glory slowly which is very very sad.
I hope things would change, for the better and fast.

this month (next week) the unemployment figures will rise above one million for the first time since 1997. why ? possibly because a lot of the jobs available have been taken by the massive inflow of people over the last two years ? Newly qualified British trained nurses cannot find work ! builders , hob carriers , bricklayers born in this country cannot find work. and in the next twelve months another half million immigrants will arrive. where will they live ?

I am surprised the do gooders have not been on yet complaining you are being racist(and causing more problems than they solve). I agree the Country is in a mess, and I suspect we have gone past a point of no return. I am seriously looking at selling up whilst the property prices stay high

i don't agree it's immigrants to be honest, but i do agree the human rights laws are mess up. it's criminals and stuff who are often not convicted or when they are have a cushy life in prison! in my mind if you impose on my human rights why should you be treated so well. also those people on the benefit system p iss me off, i know that some people deserve benefits and stuff, my ma was on benefits, difference is she worked to get us off them while some lazy people just sit on their **** all day taking my money
