I'm not really concerned about me going to hell. I figure I will take over whereever I end up anyway. and then go take the other places over.

There is nothing wrong with living with another member of the opposite sex, unless you are a Christian. As a Christian we must be concerned with our witness. It would hurt our witness to live with someone of the opposite gender because people would assume we are doing things whether we are or not. It also provides a temptation that may be too much to bear. Why is pre-marital sex wrong? The Bible speaks against fornication which is defined as sex before marriage. On a non-religious note, moving in before marriage takes some of the fun out of being married. Wait until you are married and you will be glad you did.

Why would your girlfriend be going to hell? Because she's moving in with you? If that's the case, then according to some Christians, you both are headed there. If you're both morally opposed to premarital sex and think it's a sin: the just don't have sex.
As long as you're faithful to each other and happy, I think that's all that matters. Sometimes living together is just more economical, especially if you can't afford to have a wedding yet.
