whats the bolt pattern on a 2003 civic lx?

i think its 4x100 but not sure.

Yeah, 4x100 - the most popular bolt pattern out there.

4-100 .... the off set is the only thing you need to worry about when selecting rims and hub adapters. Their is a lip on the hub the rim rests on if you do not get adapters or the correct wheel to fit 9 (ie not universal) because universal will fit your bolt pattern but not the hub and the weight of the car will be supported on the studs which is not good.
