I have never been in bed with a woman who kept a timer by the bed. What we did try to bring into the bedroom is mutual respect and communication. Satisfying your partner is more a matter of listening to her when she tells you that something feels good, and doing it. Don't let "performance anxiety" ruin what could be a very beautiful experience. Have you never heard of a "quickie?"
have you never heard of women saying that a quickie,sincerely and intensely and passionately done, can actually be more sexually satisfying than an all night long drilling by some guy who is doing trig problems in his head, just to keep from cumming?

If premature ejaculation is a problem, try the woman on top position. Since your abdominal muscles are not being taxed as much, orgasm will be greatly delayed.
The added benefit is that the woman will be able to control the pace and depth of penetration.

i dont know exactly how i do it, but i just seems to "delay" cumming which of course makes me last longer in bed, longest Ive ever done it was 5 hours or actual intercourse, the rest of the time was filled with soft slow caressing and kissing, with a side note of lovy dovy whispers into her ear.
