Because havn't you mother told you about the birds and the bee's hahaha oh sorry I could not resist that you set it up so good!
But why you can not have a puppy I do not know
maybe one is to much attention is needed and who will watch the puppy when your at school I do not know the reasoning
tell your parents that you will take care of him when you come home from school take care of the puppy wash him/her play with him/her pick up after the puppy umm just about anything else responcible that goes along with the puppy .

What is stopping you from getting one? Your parents, your spouse? Just remember that puppies don't stay puppies for long. If you get a puppy, you're going to end up with a dog in no time flat. Make sure you really want the dog that the puppy will become.

Hi, Maybe you are gone alot ,and this wouldn't be fair to a puppy.
