THe best way to check if a scale is accurate is to test it with some weights. If you have a couple of handweights laying around, put them on and see if it comes up accurately. Eg., If you put 2 10-lb weights on your scale and it says 12 pounds, then you know it's 8 lbs. light.

If you find yourself very preopcupied with weight, specially if no one else around youthinks you should worry about being fat, then you need to discuss it with your doctor because you could be soon developing an eating disorder. Belive me, a have a bulemic sister and an anorexic one. IF you develop these conditions, you will suffer a lot in life. Nip it in the butt now, get preventive help before its too late. Good luck

Maybe not. Go weigh yourself on a different scale and if says 90 pounds, then yes, yours is probably right. And if it's right, enjoy it while you can, Twiggy.

No one called you anorexic. Go borrow someone else's scale and see if it says the same thing. Problem solved.
