i live out side the states but managed to get my hand on some fat free sugar free vanilla jello pudding.. Can i miz it with water for less calories.. also what else can you mix it with and whats the bes amount of milk to add.. does it turn out firm or watery..

NO...only milk...use low fat milk or skim.

pudding can only be mixed with milk and not less than 2%. The one percent or skim will make it watery

mix pudding with milk...only jell-o jelatin is mixed with water.
