Kurley I am new to this question and answer thing, so let me tell you what I see when I see a symbol of Jesus hanging on the cross. I see a man of integrity, one who did not have to come to this earth to ease the path for people, but he did. I see a man of great love, one who was willing to suffer and die so those of to follow may find hope that there is more to this life than those who hurt and cause pain with their superficiality. I see a strong man, one who was willing to give up his life for what he believed in. I see a truthful man, one who would not back down when questioned. I see a brave man one who knew before hand what he was going to suffer, but suffered it willing. I see a man of great love because he died not only for those of us who are mixed up Christians, but for you in your disbelief and criticism and I will tell you now, your name will be in my prayers tonight because the man you see on the cross said, you must love your neighbor as yourself. May the God of the Christ on the cross heal your hurting, disbelieving mind and open your heart to his peace.
