i've been seein lotsa ads on tv but dunno whther to buy one & waste money if it dosnt work!

I use the website, www.fitnessinfomercialreview.com. Whenever I want to see if other people would recommend certain products I have seen on TV.

It is a waste of money. I bought one like a year ago and it did nothing but made me sweat, but I lost nothing. Do not waste your money, instead invest in a Pilatis (Do not know if spelled right) Exercise Video.

as a general rule i would say that anything being sold on a tv is a waste of money.
