Would cops be intimidated by a gangster who "rumor has it" - kills cops and other dealers and then shaves their hair off to make fancy coats?

Would you be intimidated by a gangster who was a sick minded individual who cut people to shreds - right through their diaphrams with a kitchen knife just to see their insides?

I don't know about you, but I'd be worried serving him a warrant.

Intimidated, Hell no. Scared, You would be crazy if you were not a little scared. Fear is a part of life, what you do with the fear is what makes the difference. If you push it to the side and stay level headed, you stand a much better chance than you do if you let the fear overcome you. Now, I am sure any cop with a family (or without one probably) will agree with this statement.. If push came to shove, that bastard(s) will be the one to go, let it be a righteous shooting or not. The saying is, "It is better to be judged by 12 than to be carried by six." I am going home to my wife and 2 girls at the end of my shift.

Intimidated, no. Scared a little, yeah, it keeps me healthy. I agree, with GPD, any "gangsta" that wants to make a threat / attempt had better be ready to go all the way. I am dedicated to going home to my family at the end of my shift undamaged, and if that means some punk goes to the coroners office, it was THEIR choice. I hope I never have to actually take another life, even a "gangsta", but I WILL NOT HESITATE if I don't have a choice. I'll take my chances with the grand jury, or if it were to go that far, a trial jury. At least I won't be dead.

No, they don't care. Nobody's superman. I doubt they even recongnize the person, and if they do, they're probably more likely to be angry at killing their brother cops, than afriad of some random gangster, no matter how 'known' he is.

hahaha. I had a "price" on my head for almost two years when I worked the streets...I still went to work still went to court and still went about my every day business...
We know about the dangers of our profession, that is why we carry a gun with us to the movies, the grocery store etc...
woe be unto someone who chose to try to "hit" an officer...they are usually well trained enough to make it hard on someone who tried to do that...

of course they worry about this type of person. That is why you rarely hear of an arrest concerning this type and a lot of hype about pot smokers and low level drug users/dealers.The cop still gets credit for an arrest and also goes home at night to his/her family.

most times when warrants are served, they have a full tactical team. there are sicko's out there more dangerous than the gang bangers.

Policemen are afraid of gangs and they fear of being avenged if they arrest any of their members.
