You should mention that it is reclaimed (used) water that Singapore is purifying for tap and drinking water. I'm not sure how reclaimed it is. Does it include sewer water, too? Blecch!

yes it is the best quality water it is full of mineral

it is safe . but u better drink bottled waters. or use water filters to
filter ur water and make it more suitble

Yes its safe and potable - its probably cleaner than most of Europe.

You can drink from the tap if you want. You don't need to boil it.
