It's inexpensive, but I here complaints of poorly made furniture. That's to be expected though, you can't have top notch stuff, and bottom rung prices.

My girlfriend calls Ikea the Swedish junk store! Everything is cheaply put together like match sticks for all us suckers to buy. But what the heck! It's cheap! I guess you'll end up having an Ikea office:)

i love IKEA!!! everything at their store is good quality and cheap! and there are all kinds of styles! my house is brand new (the walls aren't painted, the kitchen just got installed, the floor upstairs isn't put yet....) and i can't wait to go there and buy stuff to decorate! we bought our beautiful kitchen there and it was easy to install and cheap! the one thing that's disappointing about IKEA though is that they used to sell tapistries and paint too but they don't anymore! oh well..... but they also have a great service! we usually come early in the morning (around 8:30) and we're always a bit in advance, and while we were all waiting, they served us coffee, cocoa and cookies! i thought that was great! I like the way they set up the interior design and alll but i have to say that their furniture kinda sux. I had bought this table and tv stand and they aren't so durable. You can't move them because they will just fall apart or get loose and break. I also bought a pretty big desk with shelves and it is holding up but it is going to be booger when i have to move because it won't fit threw the doorway and that means I am just goin to have to take it all apart... Oh well.. nuff complaining hear maybe u will have some better luck..

IKEA has world class items and innovative shop displays that really use imagination and make the shopping experience an enjoyable one ! More power to the Swedes !

I love Ikea. They have furniture designs and colors I have trouble finding elsewhere. I've heard people complaining about how difficult it is to assemble their furniture but I never had a problem putting it together.

Personally, I wish my whole house was decorated from that store! They know what design is! You have to assemble the furniture yourself but all you need is this Allin key. Prices sometimes are good for lamps and appliances but expensive for other stuff. In any case I recommend that store.

I like the way it is set up so you have to walk through it all and keep on finding more goodies to purchase. I've gotten good stuff and bad just depends on what you are buying. For the most part the overall quality is good. Hope that helps.

i think it's pretty good style, but somewhat poor quality. good for students, poor people, lower middle class people.
depends on who ur clients will be.
if average/low income people- then ikea is good enough
if upper middle class- then get some ikea items but get major purchases (like loveseat, coffee table) from somewhere better.
if upper class- no ikea at all. gotta go posh.
