Take her to the vet as soon as you can. The tear on her paw might be infected and might need to be cleaned out and dressed (bandaged). Good luck and hope your pooch feels better soon!

You need to Be in Charge and have Her realize You are not playing a Game. Once you gain control lie Her on Her side with feet facing away from You and hold both of the feet closes to the ground pulling up slightly as you lean you chest on Hers so she can not get Up. Then first check for torn toe nails then the bottom of Her feet rubbing between the toes and pads feeling for stickers or burrs. Put some pressure on them and move them around looking for any reaction of discomfort she may show you. Once You determine the pain is not in Her foot slowly work your way Up the leg flexing Her ankle feeling your way to Her elbow try flexing it and if still no reaction feel her shoulder pushing in the muscle areas and then try to rotate Her shoulder, extend Her leg and slowly push it forward as far as it will go and then backwards the same way. Some Where along the Way She should let You know where the pain is coming from and then You can Go from there.. If You can locate where the pain is coming from let Me know and We can go from there on what You may need to do depending on what it is.. Good Luck..Let Me Know what you find..

How old is your dog? large or small breed? There is a condition called "pano" (panosteitis) that is common in medium to large breed dogs. Usually starts after 6 months of age and occurs during the growth period of the pup/dog. It's an inflammation of the large bone of the leg. Here is an article that explains it better and treatment options: http://www.jersey.net/~mountaindog/berner1/lpano.htm
She could also just have sprained something while playing or have a cut/punctured pad on the bottom of her foot. Lure her over with a treat and just get her over on her side and take the leg/paw you want to inspect. Gently lie on her to keep her down if you have to or get assistance in examing her from a family member or friend.

If your dog has a cut on its pad you should really have a vet look at it. It will need to be clean properly to keep it from getting infected and bandaged if nessary. Is it bleeding much? Also if your dog isn't putting weight on it it might be more than a cut going on wiith your dogs foot or leg. I'd take it to a vet. ( Just speaking from 5 yrs as a Vet. Tech.)

Wait till she falls asleep and look at her pads, she may have fur matted there or a stone lodge in her pads. If you don't see anything take her to the vet!

She may have bruised a pad on her paw, or could have a splinter in it--you need to sit her down and look at it good. Most likely she bruised it and will be okay.

you have to go up to her very slowly an try to get as low down to her lever as possible. also-- her leg's probably fine. My dog falls over sometimes and limps for about 10minutes. But then he kinda just forgets about it.
