Could be in all three flight hydraulic systems, the utility hydraulics, the brakes, the fuel system, the air conditioning pack, the engine bleed air system, the cabin pressurisation outlet valve; the list goes on.

You'll have to be more specific. I am sure there are several. There is probably some that lead to the brakes to lower the pressure of the hydraulics. There is likely to be something of that nature in the bleed air system.

Definitely, youre going to have to be more specific, there are multiple systems that use pressure reducing valves.

Steam, liquids and gases usually flow at high pressure to the points of final use. At these points, a PRV lowers the pressure for safety and efficiency, and to match the requirements of the application.
