Ok bad moods are like one rain drop. When you have a whole lot of them they can make a storm. Life is some times like this. Yeah, it sucks!!!! I repeat IT SUCKS. Think about this, how can you know how wonderfull life can be if everything was always good? Like your favorite fruit for instance, say it's cherries. Have you ever got a bag of them and ate a sour one? Your careful next time and go for the dark red ones, after that because they're good. Life is like that. You always go for the good and when you don't expect it you get a rotten one. So Cheer up sweethart! No matter what someone at this very moment is having a worse day than you. Even though I'm not sure how that would make you feel any better.
Think about this:
Imagine that you are hovering above your body. Looking down on your self. You see everything around you all the things that bother you.
Now drift a little further away, so you can see your whole neighborhood. The guy next door is crying because he found out terrible news. The lady a street down couldn't be happyer, she just found out she is having a baby.
Now a bit further out so you can see your whole state. You hear a lot of comotion you can't make out much because everyone has got something going on.
So you drift so high that you can picture the whole earth. Wow a lot of noise. Everyone has things going on. Hustling and bustling around. They look like ants. Tiny ants, the same ones your never took the time to really pay attention too. You think about how vast the universe is. How much is going on in just our planet. Sudenly you realize how small you are. Your just one of those ants too. So in the grand scheam of things "Is it worth the pain of all the small things in this crazy world?"

I hope this just helped you feel better. Made you think about life as a whole and how no matter how big or small, things will come and go. And the biggest question of all " Will it really matter tomorrow?" Hope this could put a new perspective on your life. Maybe not snap you out of a funk, but help you heal whatever is aling you! my best wishes!

When I am down I think of "where there is a will there is a way"
my favorite saying, also I like to 'feel the love' don't focus on hate- feel the love. I like to think that we will all go to heaven as every creature in the universe has suffered enough - therefore has earned this right. Also I like to think about having lots of energy to go to the gym, energy to study, energy to be positive and happy and I have found (it is also present in research) that just by thinking about having energy and being happy makes you 'mold' into this mindset.
You may not have energy and be happy straight away, but just by
thinking of what that would be like, you adapt to fit that form - strange as it may. Your not the only one either,, so oo oo many people suffer - but the more busy you are helps too ( gets your mind off silly nonsense ) I am shore you would have cheered up
soon!

Well, I sat in front of my computer screen for maybe ten minutes trying to think of something that will comfort you. I don't think I can come up with anything because I can't read your mind or feel right now what you are feeling. I'm so sorry your boyfriend is acting like a jerk. I have had nights like that too when you just need someone to talk to and there is noone else but strangers on a computer screen. I don't have a boyfriend so I dunno. I should either envy you for at least having one or be very glad I don't have one.
Here is something that might make you laugh. I don't know maybe not but it cracks me up every time I think about it. Everyday before class one of my teachers stands at the classroom door and waits until the last student arrives. Of course the hallway is filled with noisy students on their way to the next class, all horsing off and screeching and laughing and blowing off. Just before the bell rings my teacher who is a nerd starts off doing this...and he does it every single day!!! He starts going "blahblahblahblahblahblah.....blah blah blah....." and using hand gestures and repeating "blah blah blah blah" really fast maybe one hundred times.....and walks clear across the classroom saying "blah blah blah blah ba ba ba blah.....blah........BLAHHHHH..." until he finally gets enough of saying it and then stops and looks at the class and smiles sweetly.
OK maybe it is one of those things where you have to be there.
But just try to visualize it in your mind maybe it will make you laugh!!! :)
I hope your day is better tomorrow.

I do not know what is bothering you or your worries right now but If I may quote Richard C. Halverson.
There is nothing you can to do make God love you more! There is nothing you can do to make God love you less! His love is Unconditional, Impartial, Everlasting, Infinite, Perfect!
Remember, after every storm there is a rainbow. I hope this helps- yunesa@yahoo.com

While I don't guarantee your mood to improve, let me share my favorite sayings.

"no one is as smart as everyone" (so listen to others, and work together.)

"Take Blame, Give Credit" (You will be suprised how many people are not yet mature enough to do this, and how well this works.)

"Love is being willing to be less so that your beloved might be more."

"Don't provide permanent solutions to temporary problems." (When your latest love leaves you, don't throw yourself of a cliff. There are still 3 Billion more partners out there you have not yet met.)

There. Now you know every thing I know. Don't you feel better?

Cherish your visions; cherish your ideals; cherish the music that stirs in your heart, the beauty that forms in your mind, the loveliness that drapes your purest thoughts, for out of them will grow delightful conditions, all heavenly environment; of these if you but remain true to them, your world will at last be built.." -- James Allen

"Three grand essentials to happiness in this life are
Something to do, Something to love, and Something to hope for."

Isaiah 43

" Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine! When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched, Nor will the flame burn you. For I am the Lord your God"
"you are precious in My sight since you are honored and I love you"
"Do not fear, for I am with you"
These are portions of Isaiah 43, for those who place their trust in God, these promises are true. God says in Isaiah 44 that "I am the first and I am the last, And there is no God besides Me.
Trust in Christ, claim these promises and live.

Aw, sweetie! SOrry to hear you're down... here are a few I like:

"Et lux en tenebris lucet"; Latin for "And the light shineth in the darkness." I think it's pretty. =-)

"For every minute you are angry, you lose 60 seconds of happiness."
