first of all, they DON"T get a "second chance". I say send them all to me.....I have some anger issues dealing with some nasty things that happened to me as a child........soooo, I would LOVE to "take" care of these parasites. Save the taxpayers money, free up the courts, give the Law Enforcement guys a break......and WORK out some of my inner anger..........
oh yeah, let me have them........bamboo under the finger nails for starters, then the fun begins........I would let them feel the pain of their crimes and they would be begging me for mercy....HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAAA

No, really, the DEATH sentence is not good enough for these parasites, they need to die. No rehab will work, castration will not work and locking them up is too expensive. They aren't worth it.

I really believe chemical castration is the only way to stop a sexual predator. I don't believe child molesters deserve any rights as a citizen. Jail and psychotherapy does not help or change a predator. It only makes them think about it more and devise a plan for when they get out.

Attach GPS devices to monitor their every location and inform authorities a lot sooner about violations (e.g. visiting school grounds, etc.).

Immediate imprisonment on any violations.

Which is more important - a child's safety or the freedom of a predator to lurk unnoticed.

Looooong first sentencing, second offense should be manual castration with a dull blade and NO pain killers, then give someone in the victim`s family a loaded gun and a shovel, then let that person take the scumbag out to a vacant field, and make him dig his own grave, then whomever represents the victim, puts a round in said scumbags head, and lets the P.O.S. fall into the very grave he dug, someone then fills it in, Case Closed.

Everything that is allowed under the law, if that is not enough, change the law!
Since they are somewhat unique in that there is so much recidivism, and there is nearly no rehabilitation, they need to be separated from society, plain & simple.
The rights of their innocent victims, should supercede their rights, like other cimminals.

It is a win/win situation for us in the states. alot of people think that castration works on man like it does with
