The way i have known is i get a feeling from them. Sometimes it can even be a look or the way they touch you. Generally there is a definite feeling when your in a room together.

guys are so weird! I can never figure them out! It seems like it'd be when they want to talk to you all the time and you always catch them staring at you, but then they go after another girl. Drives me insane!
