I would say something very nasty, but I will save my ammunition for something worthy of it.

Personally, I don't believe it will ever be possible for people to physically travel backwards. My personal belief.
But perhaps there are alternate dimensions to the four we know (length, breadth, depth, time) which perhaps could lead to the existence of alternate universes. In such universes it ca be argued that it may be possible that an alternate version of a born-again christian is not born-again, theoretically it could be argued that a pope in our reality is the highest ranking Satanist in another. But is this dogmatically possible? Do they share the same soul? Do they have different versions of the same soul? We could argue the hypothetical possibilities until the proverbial cows come home, but we could never come up with an accurate definitive answer.
According to String Theory there are 11 dimensions, and it seems we are only able to move in 4 of them, and only move freely in 3. Christian String Theorists believe that God is a pan-dimensional being, possibly the only being/substance/energy able to freely traverse all known and unknown dimensions.
But what would happen to the hypothetical soul of an evil hypothetical alternate person? See Genesis 18:25 - Shall not the judge of all the earth do good?
@ myriad soul - Just because something has a scientific basis does not mean Christians don't believe in it. There is scientific basis that when I flick the right switch my light turns on and I am fully willing to believe it does so.

I do believe in time travel because I believe God can do anything - including sending people backward and forward through time.
My idea of heaven is actually being able to live and experience every possible lifepath available to humankind, which is kind of like believing in reincarnation, except I would KNOW that each life was its own separate experience of my individual soul throughout eternity.
For example: in this life I am a working wife. In my next one, I might be a Roman gladiator, then an Indian priestess, then a German jew in 1939. I could be in heaven right now!

I am a Christian and a Scientist and I believe only in forward time travel.
As a scientist, I don't think it's possible for the following reasons.
1. Although we can change the dilatation of time, it has never been proven to be reversed.
2. We do not have future time tourists visiting us.
3. Relativistic formulas would denote that it would be impossible.

Time travel is not like traveling through time back and forth, but in deep prayer you can see visions of the future that God gives so his children wont be deceived. And in this state time stands still! Pure worship and communion with the Holy spirit!

You just can't fix stupid with this question.
Christians don't all think the same way, just because they all follow Jesus Christ.
Simply put: Past Life Regression, has been done before by many people using hypnosis, but not actual body transfer to another time. (Only on Star Trek).

Since no one from the future has come to now and told us about the future, I believe time travel is impossible.

I don't believe they do, If they did i think someone would have gone back and cut down the tree of good and evil and burnt it so no one could eat from it, and then the world would be perfect... but its not we would be so screwed up if we could go back in time whenever we wanted

Nope, don't believe in time travel. you get a one way ticket in this lifetime and it defiantly doesn't involve going back in time or traveling into the future.
Need to make this life right here, right now work.

It's not that they would disagree with time travel, it's the purposes of time travel they would disagree with. Most people don't ever see time travel ever happening and physicists don't think it will be for a long, long, long time. But, time travel is fun to think about for sure.

I maintain that science and mathematics and all the diciplines are a part of the order of the universe, invented by God and perhaps a part of the prrof of His existance.
If He made multiple dimensions and we dscovered them, so be it. Perhaps on of those dimensions is heaven?
