why do you lie so much?couldn't you just tell the girl you love what's wrong?

I've come to realize that my wife can't really help me with most of my problems and I have to figure it out on my own, so I don't really talk to her about much of my inner workings. I used to tell my ex-gf everything thinking I was being open and honest, but instead she just saw disgusting weakness. Why should I tell every ugly thought in my head, when it's just in passing, or caused by pent up hurt and anger that has nothing to do with her? Something that I need to delve deep into my own mind and figure out, that no one else can help me with.

men lie to hide, they lie if they don't feel they can trust a person not to hurt them with what they share, they lie out of fear. and they lie because they have no respect for the person they are with. if your man is lying to you then there's probably a reason but you would rather make it about him then look at your self and ask why would he not tell me...unless he's cheating but then you could ask " am i the kinda of woman he would cheat with"??? or the kind he would be running from??? think about it...

Life's too short for bullshit. That's why I don't lie. This is where you women should stop looking for "the perfect asshole" and start looking at the nice guys in your lives.
