I am 6 months, 7 pounds, female. I know I'm mostly chihuahua but I'm mixed with something. Any guesses. You can see a photo of me at http://www.dogster.com/pet_page.php?j=t&i=367282

If she is 7 lbs at six months, she will probably be about 10-14 lbs at maturity, At this point, I would have to agree with a pug. I can't think of another pup with such a black face and under bite. If she was a lot bigger I would think boxer.........but NO! What ever she is, she is precious! If you ever want to find her another home give me a call! Whoever said ugly, is an idiot. You really have a treasurer with Rita!!!!!!

Such a cute dog! I have had many many breeds of dogs. It looks like yours is a cross between rat terrier and chichuahua. Though I could be wrong, which I don't think I am, chihuahuas and rat terriers both got the similar head and eyes i have noticed. Also I have seen alot of crossbreeding done to the breeds. Hence the Rat-Cha( though they arent no purebred Rat-Cha, they are a mixture of the two!)Here are some rat terrier sites so you can decide for yourself. Also something I forgot to mention, if it does have rat terrier, then most likely its a Toy rat terrier( they come in toy, minature and standard size) and your dog is about the average weight with her age and heritage so no worrying there!

(type in rat cha and see what you think)

you can also use dogbreedinfo too.

Hope i was of help to you!

I wouldn't think Pug, they have even shorter noses than chihuahuas and your little one has a longer than normal nose. I was first thinking a Mini Foxy cross. But with someone else mentioning Manchester Terrier reminded me of a PB toy one I saw before and the stance curve of tail and the large ears too point to that being a big possibly.

Toy Manchester Terrier:

WEll she looks a bit like my boxer mix. LOL Bett you she is mixed with pug.

She is a cutey. Hope youa renot feeding her commercial dog food like Iams, Pedigree , Purina, Eukanuba.

Get here a good food from local pet shop, Wellness, Solid Gold, Evangers. They use quality of food my that would not hurt my grandson if he got into it. These food have meat not just by porducts and grains.

Either a toy Manchester Terrier or maybe a Min Pin...
Too long of nose and tail to be part pug....I'd bet on one of those two...
