healthy stuff. junk food will only make you feel worse, junk food makes you feel tired and listless which you already feel when depressed. no need to add to it.
eat healthy, get good sleep and exercise. Exercising releases endorphins which bring about happy feelings.

If you're really depressed you need a whole meal. Start with a good cup of soup, I like cream of broccoli. Then its meatloaf and mashed potatoes smothered in gravy for the main course For dessert, chocolate cake with a nice cold tall glass of milk.

Chocolate is good for short term relief. Try adding Flax seeds to your food. Food such as Flax and Salmon contain Omega 3 which is good for relieving depression.
