Why is guy's possessive? Why isn't girls possessive. (That's the apostrophe). Why do you use "us girls". Why no just us or girls? Also, the word is within, not with in. Perhaps guys always break-up with you within a week because they are first attracted to you, but then learn that you can't speak or write English and "not giving it up" has nothing to do with breaking-up. You go girl.
