What do you do about breakfast?

Put a unflatering pic of yourself on ur refrigerator,prepare a healthy meal or plan ur breakfast in advance....so there will be no excuses.The hard part is just getting started once you do it will become an addiction...GOOD LUCK!

I would make some oatmeal than hit the weights for about 20 mins, do about 3 sets of 10 than take a 15 min run so you can relax the musles than do 2 more sets of 10, thats if you have a bench though. or if you dont do what the guy above me said, work out the forarms.lol

Basic Training, US Army! After 1st hour of physical training to include the daily dozen & the 2 mile run, breakfast will be served in the dinning hall from o630-o730. Have a nice day!

Youre just gonna have to force yourself to get up make sure you get enough rest the night before. Itll get easier. As for breakfast cut up a variety of fruits the night before so itll be waiting for you in the morning.

I have something very light, usually water and some carbs (total less then 100 calories) before I work out, and then I have my regulary breakfast after.

Make yourself a breakfast when you make your lunch, you will eat healthier and have more money in your pocket.

I get up at 4am every morning to get to the gym to do cardio before work. It was not easy at first, but after while it becomes a habit.

If fat burning is your goal, don't eat until 30 min. after your workout and just have a high protien low carb bar.

you can have one of those high protein , vitamin added breakfast bars that sports people use for energy, often called energy bars. use the time you save to exercise.
