I've had two dates with someone and I just don't feel the attraction. I like hanging out with him, but only as a friend. There is nothing else there. I don't want to be mean, but I also don't want to keep wasting his time. What is the best way to tell him that I don't want to pursue a relationship?

Very Important - when looking for a significant other! Finding that "right" chemistry likeness is what pulls u closer to people; even for just friendship's! Tell him he's a likable guy but u don't feel the same attraction toward him that maybe he feels toward u & u don't want to pursue a relationship!

tell him that you see him as just a friend, but he's still a great guy that another girl would be lucky to have. and, to answer your question, i think chemistry is an idea. to be clear, sometimes you might not realize a person is good to be with until you get to know them, and if there's things about them you've been looking for in your ideal mate, then spend more time getting to know them. you would soon learn what you'll end up being.

Bring along a chemistry set on your next date. Mix up some H2SO4. That should be a real blast and he'll get the hint too!
