He says he cares about me but he doesn't love me the way I do. He loves me more than a friend but not to the level where i'm at.

He's just not that in to you, sorry to say. There are many different levels of "love", and you need to be with someone that will be on the same level as you are. It doesn't appear that it will grow in time, he's told you how he feels, and that's all you can expect. Be his friend, but don't expect any more from him. I would find other outlets for your time, energy, and feelings. Don't sit around and wait, as it is not going to happen, at least with this guy. I'm sorry to say....

I've been with my boyfriend for 2 years, and he keeps changing his mind. First thing he said he wanted to take a break, the next day he said he didn't mean to say that, he still loves me, basically I'm confused. Right now, he said he doesn't love me anymore, is he playing with my heart or his ego? He doesn't care about me and I'm really sad, I can't stop thinking about him. But I think he has stop. I have deleted all of our picture in instagram, facebook but he still has my photo in his instagram. It takes him a few weeks or maybe months for him to reconsider our relationship? Should I just forget about him and move on with someone better?

Trust that if he's still with you, he probably does love you. Maybe he's not into showing or saying it all the time. Sometimes that can seem petty. Realize that some guys communicate differently from girls.
You can't make someone love you but you can make them stop loving you if you're constantly bugging them to say "I love You" all the time. Why is it so important to hear the words all the time? Some (if not most) guys (myself, included) find this annoying about women.

He doesn't love you the way you love yourself? How rude. Pull him completely inside you from head to toe. Scientists are working on this concept by cloning, but you go ahead anyway and do it now. This is the only way to get him to love you the way you love you. Then get a ladder for him so he can climb to the level where you are at.
Yeeesh! Finally, get a continuous loop recorder. Have your boyfriend say, "I love you" into it. Play it back continuously.

Evidently he doesn't think you are the one for him...therefore you need to be the one to leave and go find that person who will truly want to be with you and feel about you the way you will feel about them! In relationships its a two way street...if he's not showin you the love why are you going to keep chasing after him! You are setting yourself up for a greater heartache later on down the line!

Ooh, I had this happen to me...
You need to let him know it bothers you. Have you tried telling him, or asking him if he still loves you? some guys just dont think saying I love you is important to us girls. I told my bf that it hurt when he never said it, and since he never loved anyone b4, he didnt think he should day it al the time.
TALK IT OUT!!! then if he says he doesnt love you like that, then break it off, your only hurting yourself.

he has cheated on you with at least one other girl multiple times and is now thinking of leaving you for the other girl. (or guy???)
had the same thing happen to several of my best friends, so i know what i'm talking about. that's just how guys act when they're thinking of leaving you. sorry.
