If you want to know about warrants in any of those locations, start off by calling them. They will more than likely tell you whether or not there are warrants on anyone because they would love to get those warrants out of their office and cleared up. I am about 100% sure there are websites for each of those agencies on the internet considering how large of an agency they are. Look up each one, get their phone numbers, give them a call and be done with it.

My suggestion is to talk to a police station in your area. If you live in Arizona talk to one of the police stations and explain the situation to them. In any case, if there is a warrant for someone it will appear. If it is for a heinous crime the police will do something about it. I had an ex once where after we broke up, I had found info that he had a warrant for not paying taxes. I contacted my local sheriff's department, and they picked him less then a week later.

If there is a newspaper that covered the crime you can look back at issues from that date. They are usually put into microfilm after a certain amount of time, but they will have the device for reading them This can all be done for free at your libraray.

If you are in Arizona... go to the local police dept. They will tell you! If it is you that you are inquiring about... I would find another plan!
Its a simple background check... most depts. will provide it for free!

The only way you can do that is if you know someone in law enforcement who would do this for you. Normally they don't share that kind of information with the general public.
