I have been having a good bit of success usng Campbells chicken and noodle soup. A whole can is only about 200 calories. Eat a whole can as an appetizer. Really dulls the appetite and is fairly satisfying. Help you eat what you are craving in moderation. You will feel much more satisfied if you eat some of the foods you crave.
And exercsie. My hubby is an RN I know if you work in the ER you feel like you run all the time but if it were truely enough exercise you would already have lost your weight. Exercsie every night.

First of all, in the morning, eat a well-balanced breakfast. Such as a bowl of Special K with chopped up banana in it with Silk or skim milk, a cup of apple juice, and another fruit of your choice. You might not be AS hungry after work, then. If you don't have time for all of this, just grab a granola bar and a cup of low-fat yogurt. Then, after work, take some delicious succulant pineapple and mushy, complex-carb filled bananas and dig in. I LOVE fruit, I'm a fruit-junkie. I especially love pineapple. I think if you changed from the regular junk food snacks to fruit and granola, you would be a very happy dieter.

Buy Whey Protein, they have it in vinilla, or chocolate, and use 1/4 cup or the protein with 8 ounces of skim milk, you can add 1 banana and blend it , this makes a milkshake, and is pretty good, It helps fill you up, and keep you from getting hungery longer, its also good for muscle, and to keep your sugar regulated, which for me was great, because im diabetic, and my sugar drops fast, and causes me to feel like im sarving. Hope this helps, my sister has lost 75 pounds, I lost 108.. make sure you don`t skip meals, because this makes you cram fod later which is bad, but use better choices in the fods you do eat, chicken, fish,turkey, these are meats that booste your motabolisim, and make you lose weight faster, when eating salads, make sure you use fat free dressing, most regular salads are 35 grams of fat, thats BAD.and make sure you eat fruit, and vegetables, these are filler, I never counted these as calories, their too good for you. Only count meats, and breads, and condaments as calories. OH and drinks, use splenda for tea, its good, and diet drinks. GOOD luck, you can do it, the first 2 weeks are the tough ones, and the time it takes to shop, but hang in there, ITS WORTH IT. you will notice a big change in energy real soon. just remember vegetables and fruit, and fill the plate up with them.eat the fruit before you eat your meals, it helps to fill you up, so you eat less.

look at what foods you grab when you get home, and find low-cal substitutes.
If you go for the ice cream, get some yogurt or cottage cheese and add some fruit (I like to add splenda, too).
If you grab starches, have some whole-grain stuff on hand.
My favorite nutritious snack right now is pretzels and V8 juice. Easy to prepare!

Grab a fruit or yogurt!! You'd be suprised how much weight you'll lose just by eating fruits or a yogurt as snacks everytime you're hungry. Good luck to you!

get a snack. not eating when you're hungry will lower your metabolism. just make sure it's healthy. studies have shown that people who eat many healthy snacks over the course of the day are thinner than people who eat the usualy three big meals a day. keeps your metabolism going.

Take at least 2 spoonfull of virgin coconut oil. It will act as your "laxative" and as your "appetite suppresant". I lost 10 lbs. before when I took this for like a month. And that's without exercise. ;)

the best way to lose weight is to actually have small but frequent meals...when you dont eat when you are hungry your metabolism slows down. when you eat small portions often your metabolism speeds up.
