See a hairdresser for about 30$ they can strip the excess color from your hair, or they can just die your hair back closest to your normal color!!
Use a lot of deep conditioning hair masks, and let this be your lesson,

Oh if its black. They can't really strip it! you will have to let it fade =(

I have a dark blonde hair and once died it black. I tried lightening it, but basically had to let it lighten and gorw out. I didn't use a permanent die though. As someone very attached to my hair, I suggest going to a professional, or leaving it alone. Don't do more damage that you may regret later. Just ask, do I want my old color back even if my hair may be badly damaged and break off.

Oh man...that's a toughie...the only way you can really strip it out is by bleaching it out. There is something you can try though. Get a claryfing shampoo. That's a shampoo that is made to strip out chlorine out of hair. I would go to a salon. One that is good is made by Redken. That might be enough. Use it every day, but please make sure you condition it every day also!!! If that doesn't work, the only thing I can tell you is go to a good salon, I mean a good reputable salon so they can fix you up! DO NOT GO TO SOME CHEAPIE SALON!!! Most likely you won't be able to get exactly back to your natural color, but atleast you'll look normal...Best of luck!!!

The best thing I can think to do without damage, is to get-or give yourself a malibu treatment. It will only take max 45 min, it wont totally get rid of all the color but will slowly stip with no damage done, so you can do this more than once. You can buy a malibu treatment at you local sallys beauty supply without being a licenced cosmotologist. Hope this helps:)

if you dye your hair again in the next week.... not godo!! You can probably never get yor natural shade back, untill it grows in. Wait for your hair to grow about an inch from the roots and go to a proffesional stylist and try to match that color.

i cant even explain how terrible coloring is for your hair!!

Go to a "professional" stylist. Also, get some Ojon Rejuvinating Treatment and SLEEP in it. It will help your hair be back into shape. I color my hair all the time and it is the best stuff on the market.
But to answer your question.... you MUST see a professional or your hair WILL be damanged

If it needs to be back to the normal color within a week then you can put a stripper on it. This is something that needs to be done by a professional. Good Luck.

.
You have a big problem I tell you !
You can only try to find a very experienced hairdresser who might
help you but he will be very difficult to find because of their insurance . It is a matter of going around in town and trying.
It took me four weeks in three towns to find someone who would
take my problem on, not as big as yours though !!!
Do NO T touch your own hair ever again especially now !
By the way I am not a hairdresser !
