i need some toning exercises any ideas

for toning you need to burn body fat and tighten muscle.

For fat loss, cut your daily calories by 10% and divide that into six meals, staying away from sugars and fats and limiting your carb intake to maybe some with one or two meals. Take calcium and drink your milk.

Do 20 - 30 minutes a day of cardio, such as running, aerobics or an eliptical trainer.

Lift weights three to four times a week trying to hit most of your major body parts but sticking to light weights and sets of 15 - 20 so that you don't bulk up.

Stick with it for six months and you'll have a body that men would kill to stand next to. ;)

Swim. It's awesome toning and it won't beat up your joints like just about every other excercise
