im 14 5'0 and 150lb i know im overweight i dont know how to tho anorexia seems like the only option i have but i kno its very bad any ideas on losing weight quickly i want to be 90 lb by next summer

IF YOU GET DOWN TO 90 LBS YOU WILL LOOK LIKE CRAP. THERE'S NOTHING SEXY, ATTRACTIVE OR HEALTHY ABOUT A SKELETON. IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING ANOREXIA THEN YOU'RE NOT TOO BRILLIANT. FIND SOMEONE TO TALK TO AND DO A LITTLE RESEARCH ON IT, YOU CAN DO BETTER AND STAY ALIVE. DON'T DO THAT TO YOURSELF!

Hey I'm 14 too and I'm 5'9 and 185
so this summer i was determined to get with it and i was ready to get in shape so i asked my sister who is a personal trainer and she told me about this awesome diet called The South Beach Diet its the best one out there i lost 13 pounds in 2 weeks (if you exercises as well and keep your heart rate up for 30 minutes, the best would be cardio do treadmill for 30 minutes or divide it up bike 15 treadmill you gotta build at it make sure your hate rate is between 130 and 150 if it isn't in that range the workout was worth nothing ) but the diet is basically where there are 3 phases they all last about 2 weeks , its about clearing everything out and then introducing new stuff into your diet and you eat a lot you just eat things that are good for you :)

(1) You are quite young to worry about weight. Different people have different physiology, metabolism and genetic dispositions that make them look different. And obesity doesn't have to be related to weight. You can look charming, cheerful and happy and attractive at the weight and height.

(2) Instead of worrying about your weight, you should worry more about your height. I think you are a bit short on the height. If your height were 5'4" then your weight would be proportional to that height. Hence, you need to do "pull ups" type of exercises to increase your height. You can also do skipping, volleyball, basketball etc that require height and generally players of these games add considerable height in a short time.

(3) If you are still worried about your weight, then simply cut down meat (that has too much fat), rice (too much calories that become fat) and concentrate on other types of food. But NEVER go hungry or starving! That is a big NO NO as it could lead to different types of disorders that are hard to find or treat. Increase the wheat and corn based food (bread items), decrease Soda of all types, increase protein rich food. That will reduce weight and increase strength/stamina.

(4) Stop paying to any online service that promises to get your weight down. Only you can bring your weight down. Nobody other than yourself know your body well and how its weight changes with habits.

(5) Never do anything drastic just to lower the weight. Any change (food/exercise) must be gradual.

One easy approach would be to find friends who are quite slim, go with them, eat the same type of food, do the same type of activities.

eliminate the empty calories in pop and candy. 90 lbs is not a healthy weight for a 5' girl. try 110 lbs. eat breakfast DO NOT SKIP MEALS that adds weight in the end. drink 2 glasses of water 20 mins before meals that will help fill you up so you eat less.

i'm overweight too and my doctor told me how to lose weight healthy since i can't take pill because i'm under age.

don't eat things that contain lots of sugar, don't drink sodas or juices. eat a lot of vegetables and drink a lot of water. don't eat after 7pm. and of course exercise. start by doing a few exercises, than start doing more. the more you exercise the more power you will have and that way you will be able to do more exercises.

the most important thing is to have a strong will and to belive that it will work. this won't be quick but it will be healthy.

no that is not healthy girl all u will be is skin and bone soooo not attractive get toned anorexia is not the way 120 is the perfect weight and is soooo much healthier don't go anorixic i dont want to see you in a clinic or whats left of your body 90 is not good

you cant lose that much weight and be healthy, just go by the simple rule, nothing white, no bread unless its whole grain, no pasta unless its whole wheat pasta, no sugar, by the way brown sugar is sugar with molassas on it so its still white sugar, no potatoes, or potato products like chips etc. milk you can have in reasonable ammounts if its no more than 2% milk, all sodas must be diet, you can eat some low fat cottage cheese or fat free sour cream, but no icecream unless its low fat and artificially sweetened. you can find some in the carb smart family of icecream snacks. you should eat lots of green veggies , yellow veggies, tomatoes and raw fruits can be consumed in reasonable ammounts. and lean meats but not breaded and deep fried, baked or broiled is best. 90? why do you want to be skin and bones no one is attracted to that. if you want to loose weight work out it sucks i know. i have to. because im self consious of my body. be responsible about it. do it in a way that you will be proud of yourself. work out eat right and i dont mean salads everyday. but not burgers and fries either just be concious of what your eating youll be so happy. does any one support you? ask a parent...or a close friend to help you be motivated. my email is attached if you need help or support i can help. love your self
