Heaven is not "annoyance".
Hell is not "tolerance".
So...neither one can be better, because neither one can exist.

Annoyed into heaven, I would think. Any way of getting into Heaven would be better than going to hell, don't you think?

It's not your responsibility to get one single soul into heaven. Even if you believe in God, you have no control over anyone else, so get off your arrogant high horse and find a little Christian humilty. If God wants to save someone, God will, and if God doesn't, God won't.
