its a fact that boys have greater brain weight than girls , but this is of no significance as they have greater body weight also
it is said that a girl attains maturity at 18 and a boy at 20-21
but the circumstances they grow decides

well i think both are mature are mature and inmature in their own ways....people are just not ready to mature until they are in their late twenties early thirties other than that i think it is an equal race sorry .... ;)
