My maternal grandmother used to work in a dairy in Hose England, that is one of only about 7 that produce Stilton cheese - King of cheeses.
I never met my maternat grandmother (she died giving birth to my mother). But I do miss Stilton since moving from England to Arizona. I can still get it - but it's 3 times the price.

my 2 year old son loves cheese. it makes me happy because he refuses to drink milk. so at least he still gets some dairy.
