what's curfew for Springfield, Illinois?

i remember when i was in springfield that most places close at 8pm, so what the point of even having a curfew. it seems that its better to stay at home by default, and begin planning a way to get out of town.

i believe its 9pm on weekdays and 11 on weekends.... but i would call the local police and ask too make sure if i were you... better to ask the authorities before not after you in trouble... LOL
