here is my question for you. what's your physique fat share? various people who weigh lots weighs lots using fact of fat, yet bear in ideas that muscle weighs extra beneficial than fat. weird and wonderful, huh? you will think of it would be any different way around, in spite of the shown fact that it somewhat is not any longer. try this. upward thrust up the form you regularly do (devoid of bulging out your abdomen or sucking in, basically common) and look down. in case you will see the commencing up of your pants, then you particularly do no longer might desire to shed some pounds on your abdomen section. might you call your self in good condition? are you able to run a mile in under 8 minutes? are you able to do any pull ups? in case you're able to do the two of those issues then you particularly are no longer obese, using fact obese human beings regularly have a tricky time working and that they might't raise up their physique using fact it particularly is basically too heavy (the pull united stateshave an exception nevertheless using fact they regularly basically have not got lots arm potential). and don't pay attention to all those people who say to lose 50 lbs. while you evaluate that would desire to be somewhat risky!yet in my e book, while you're 6 ft. 2 and 210 pounds it somewhat is rather sturdy!

Why are all these perfectly normal people asking weight questions? Maybe it says something about how our society is more concerned with weight than actual level of fitness. If you're fit and healthy, then the weight really shouldn't matter... That's really what's important, not the other way around. Anyways, you're fine. :)

Wow, I think that's pretty perfect. I'd give anything to be even 140 lbs and I'm 5 ft 7. Don't worry about it. I am absolutely sure you are just fine....and nowhere near overweight.

yes - sounds good but don't know your body structure. as long as you burn more calories than your body uses you won't gain more.
