Don't buy any. Don't let anybody buy it for you. Don't let people eat it in front of you. Better yet put anchovies on it and try to eat. You will probably never touch ice cream again after that.

I scream for ice cream too. I have substituted non fat vanilla yogurt and mix it with fruit or I buy the low fat ice cream. Bryers makes a great double churned vanilla with only 1.5 grams of fat.
