my 16 year old brother puts my 11 year old sister in a choke hold and humps her. my parents are ignoring the problem cuz they say he's just being a boy and will outgrow it. but im scared he'll hurt my sister when im not there. what do i do?

Tell your parents to deal with it, or you will report it to CPS. If they don't IMMEDIATELY take action, then call CPS. He might not have physically hurt your sister yet, but emotionally she is scarred and needs help.

I cannot believe that this is allowed to go on, your parents need to wake up to the fact that this is plain wrong, and it needs to be reported...i feel that you have an obligation to report this for your sister's sake, because your parents are turning a blind eye to this, i feel sad for your sister having to go through this ordeal, trust me if this dont stop now she will be damaged physically, and emotionally by this, someone needs to report this to the police, and social services, your sister cant keep going through this, it's damaging her in ways you cant imagine...get help for your sister, your brother also sounds as if he needs help.

Humps her as in dog on leg humping or as in something more than that? That is not normal behavior. I'm 16 and no guy that isn't messed up would do that. Make your parents see that.

by law that is sexual harrasment and/or child molestation,call the police!I have 5 boys,they wrestle but wouldn't dream of doing that to their little sister.IT'S WRONG!Don't wait for your parents to do something,you're mature enough to ask for help on here,then call the cops NOW!!

tell your parents if they dont make him stop, youll call child protection on him.he is either close to or at legal age of concent (depending on your state laws) she is still a child...that can be concidered child molestation...
