Yes it is normal. At 5'-5", I only weighed 130 as a freshman in High School, (15). I started lifting weights two days a week, Sundays and Thursdays with my Uncle. Heavy weights, 2 light warm up sets, 5 sets of 5 reps, basic compound movements: squats, bench press, military press, bent rows, shrugs, cleans and dead lifts. Lots of milk, about a gallon a day of skim milk, (which they call fat free nowadays). and tons of food, meat, chicken, cheese, yogurt, eggs, peanut butter, etc.. and two milk and egg protein shakes a day. One after the workout and one before bedtime. On non-workout days one with breakfast and one at bedtime. I started my sophomore year still 5'-5", but I now weighed 175 lbs and still had a 29 inch waist.

well, I weighed 120 at 16 years old, so it should be normal. Check with your doctor first.

what do you think .do you feel skinney or do you feel fat ,how do you compare with the rest of the world that you know
do kids point at you and call you a monster or does everything seem normal.
you are a far better judge of your normallity than strangers who cant even see you
look in ther mirror and make a judgement
