Take the kitten to the vets. Right now.

It may be nothing, but it could be an indication of a serious head injury (and kittens *will* fall off things), or bleeding in the brain.

Vets.
Now.
Off you go.

You need to bring your kitten to a vet as soon as possible.

Uneven pupil size can occur for several reasons. An injury to the cornea of the eye with the smaller pupil is possible. Uveitis (inflammation of the eye) can cause the pupil in the affected eye to be smaller. Horner's syndrome is a neurologic disorder that makes the pupil of the affected eye smaller. Feline leukemia can cause pupillary spasms, also resulting in a difference in size of the pupils. Central nervous system injury can lead to difference is pupil size and in this case, the eye with the larger pupil is often the affected one.

Below is a link to a vet site which describes all possible eye problems for cats.

Good luck!

Mismatched pupils usually indicate serious brain swelling. You need to take your kitten to the vet...if it's after hours, you need to find an emergency animal clinic. If you're not sure, then find an emergency clinic and call them to discuss your kitten's condition to see if they think you need to bring him/her in.

maybe a congenital/ocular defect. would have your vet check it out to make sure it is still visual, could be neurlogical. is your cat in any pain? if it is squinting, it maybe an ulcer possibly.
