I constantly have bad breath, I brush 2 times a day, floss, use mouth wash, I use a tongue scrapper and everything, I've even taken pills that claim bad breath is caused by something in your stomach. Nothing seams to be helping. I'll chew on gum or have a mint when it gets really bad but it does not last for to long. I really need some help please.

Therabreath!

I bought this for my fiance ( from a local pharmacy)about a year ago because he constantly had bad breath. The results were very pleasing. I never wanted to kiss him and his breath was so bad that I didn't wanted to be around him. But all that changed when I got him Therabreath. It comes in a mouth wash ( which works the best), and toothpaste. Try it. You will be very satisfied.!

Yes sometimes bad breath does come from your stomach so depending on what you eat it will affect you, if this is constant, and breath mints, gum tongue scrapper and the pills don't help, try washing your teeth every time after you eat, and when you eat try eating fresh veggies after your meal. Sometimes this helps. If it still doesn't then speak to your physician, or dentist (who ever can provide an alternate method)

first of all slow down on the brushing and flossing. once a day is good enough and flossing before bed is enough. you might be torturing those gums into inflamation or causing them to protect themselves and with that.. there's a stentch...

but see the dentist... if this has been a long time problem you may want to discuss with him about your gums, tongue or your throat..

let him take a gander, you may have a issue with your teeth, gums or a mineral issue or something else.

sometimes odors are a way of alerting you to a disease or trama so get this checked out. it won't take much of your time and it's most likely very curable!

go, don't worry about us we'll be fine, but do this you may have gingivitis. ? don't mess around with that... but that is fixable big time!

Even though you brush twice a day and use mouthwash you could be missing tartar and plaque buildup which can cause bad breath. Most people forget to brush certain areas of their teeth especially the molars and back side of the bottom front teet. Visit your dentist every 6 months for cleanings to keep tartar and plaque to a minium. Gingervitis and tooth decay can be culprits too. Another reason to visit the dentist regularly. In VERY RARE cases it could be a sign of oral cancer.

Make an appointment to visit your dentist and doctor to make sure your health and teeth check out.

There are a few causes, here are some;
a) you have to check your teeth and gums, cavities are to be
filled, floss your teeth.
b) throat - sometimes there might be some food stuck at the
throat area, try to clear it, maybe rinse with mouth wash.
c) Sinus - the sinus area can also be a source if you have
blocked nose.
d) take some cooling drink to lessen the heaty body.

Mints and candy only mask your breath for a short while.
The bad breath is coming from either your stomach or the bacteria build-up in your mouth and throat.
It's all in the food that you eat. Lay off the garlic and onions for a while. By the way way, if someone tells you that you have bad breath, you can kiss that someone goodbye, because your reputation/first impression shall forever be tarnished.

Take some digestive enzymes.
They can be purchased at health food stores.
This will help clean out your digestive tract and ultimately cleans up to your mouth and kill off bacteria that grows around all those areas.
Drink plenty of water.

chlorophyll is the best you buy it from a health food store and put it into your drinking water if you like. It has a peppermint taste so is pleasant tasting also I would start raw vegetable juicing with carrots celery and parsley. The parsley is what is great for breath.
My husband loves my breath

I have heard of this and was going to suggest tongue scraping, etc.
See a doctor. I think that there are new treatments available, but I do not remember what they are. I also kind of remember that it can have something to do with certain foods, but it is a condition (chronic halitosis) I think it is called.
Maybe try a search on that.

Some people believe bad breath is caused by a poor attitude, gossiping and foul thinking. Try saying this mantra, and affirm it daily "I spek with gentleness and love. I exhale only the good."
